Dryair Range of desiccant dehumidifiers.
The Dryair range of units are manufactured to the highest standard from 304 stainless steel with 316 available upon request. Designed using 3D Inventor and incorporating components manufactured using CNC equipment, the chassis is fully TIG welded. With our door seals in place, this gives the highest IP rating as standard. All control gear, motors, fans & filters are bought from the leading global manufacturers, so spares & replacement components are easy to source. Machines can be designed for all areas of industry and are available from 75 to 100 000m³/Hr.
Dryair (S) Range of desiccant dehumidifiers.
These are special units but are manufactured in the same way as our standard range. They can include frost protection, pre cool, pre heat coils, rotor bypass, post heaters, coolers and humidifiers. We can offer a control package that will control to a very small tolerance with integration into most BMS systems, please use this link to navigate to an explanation of our controls package. With the special range we will usually test the machine in our purpose built test facility, there we can generate any atmospheric condition required to test the performance of the machine. Over 90 percent of the units we manufacture are specials and not being modular are therefore usually physically smaller than our competitors.

Energy Recovery units
Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) is the energy recovery process of exchanging the energy contained in normally exhausted building or space air and using it to treat & precondition, the incoming outdoor ventilation air in residential and commercial HVAC systems. Desiccant Dryair manufacture their own Energy Recovery Units from 200 to 10 000 m3/hr as standard with energy recovery total efficiencies of up to 85%.

Fan Manufacture
Here at Desiccant Dry Air we manufacture our own fans and occasionally the impellers too. Because the majority of our machines are built to our clients bespoke specifications and we can struggle to get the correct spec off-the-shelf. We are now offering this as part of a design and fabrication package.
Desiccant Rotor Cassette - design & manufacture
Desiccant Dryair manufacture bespoke cassettes in three basic depths with many different diameters. The rotor and cassette are designed and built for many years of continuous use with minimal maintenance required.

Fabrication Services
DD Fabrications is the manufacturing side of Desiccant Dryair Systems. A privately owned, well established, precision sheet metal engineering & fabrication company specialising in the manufacture of high quality components and products from a range of ferrous and non ferrous sheet materials.
Our Test Facility
Four years ago we made the decision to build our own custom made test chamber within our facility.
