We have just completed a prototype AHU for a Korean client. It is a combined Low Temperature Humidity Control Unit designed to operate at temperatures as low as -40 degrees, it is formed in two sections sat on top of one another, the top section containing the desiccant rotor assembly, humidifier, rotor regeneration and post cooling / post heating coils. The lower section comprises of the main inlet fan, copeland digital scroll compressor, step-up transformer to go from 220v 3 phase 60Hz up to standard useable voltage of 440-460v 3 phase 60Hz and lastly the electronics control panel housed in an airtight chamber. The unit had to be mobile and was therefore mounted on wheels.

There are images here of the finished unit and close ups of the interior top and bottom halves, we are particularly proud of the control panel electronics in as this machine was exetremely complex to control and we had very limited space. You can see some 'work in progress' pictures in our image galler and slideshow pages.
